All of our offerings are designed to empower you to more fully
realize and embrace the truth that is already here, and to support your
most authentic expression to more fully emerge.
How We Work
Meeting in Truth –The fundamental context for our
work is the ever-present truth of who we always are, deeper
than any story, feeling, or circumstance. This basic ground of Being
can be recognized directly and immediately. This essential discovery reveals
an openness that is kind and wise in which our strategies can soften, our
distorted perceptions can clarify, our emotional woundings can heal, and
our human expression can unfold authentically and intelligently.
Inviting our Humanness– While recognizing and experiencing
the absolute ground of our Being is profoundly liberating unto itself, spiritual
and human maturity also requires contact with our emotions. When we discover
our capacity to acknowledge and allow our authentic feelings, healing takes
place, compassion arises. Most of us have long standing strategies to avoid
or seek release from painful emotions. Authenticity invites the disarmament
of our strategies. When we meet whatever is here without resistance, we
find true love and fulfillment. And when we welcome even our deepest sense
of separation and wounding, we find a doorway to greater realization of
our true self.
Essential Education – We offer a learning experience that comes from
and supports the direct experience of who we are, what we are, and why we
are here.
Effective Models and Methods – One aspect
of our work is offering an evolving set of simple and powerful tools that
support conscious awakening and true healing in every aspect of our life.
Included are methods of direct experience and inquiry, models of human perception
and behavior, and essential skills for communicating effectively with ourselves,
and in our personal and professional relationships.
New Paradigms – We live in a time where the collective
wisdom of every spiritual or psychological teaching and approach is readily
available. We also live in a time where more and more people in all walks
of life are awakening to the liberating power of truth. As a result new
paradigms are emerging that embrace the teaching gifts of both non-dual
realization and psychological healing and development ~ not as theoretical
possibilities, but as the lived experience of those embodying these new
paradigms.
Offerings
Retreats – All of our retreats are designed
to help you to discover the essential keys that liberate stress and unhappiness,
and support conscious awakening. They are experiential as well as educational.
While each may explore different topics and pathways, they all have a common
purpose: to open every part of our mind and our heart to the shining and
perfect truth of our essential nature, and to support the development of
our soul's capacity to live what we have realized. For

The Living in Truth Training – is
for anyone who is drawn to an intensive exploration of their own depth,
and a discovery of their own unique potential to be authentically available
in whatever form that takes. This training is particularly suited for educators,
therapists and healers, as well as those called to serve in the emerging

Meetings – Saleem will be holding a series of meetings in
the Bay Area that offer an opportunity to come together in the discovery
of truth and to examine the veils that obscure and distort it. For

Teleconferences – Teleconferences and Teleclasses are an
opportunity for people from different parts of the world to gather together
in truth, and to investigate themes and topics designed to support the embodiment
