About Us
Saleem Berryman
Saleem is the founder of Living in Truth, an organization
that supports the embodiment of non-dual wisdom and unconditional happiness
in ordinary life. Throughout the 80s and early 90s he received extensive
training in a broad range of approaches to spiritual realization and psycho-emotional
healing. In 1992 he awakened to the truth that he had been searching for.
This awakening radically changed his approach to “inner work” from something
that is needed in order to be happy and whole – to a natural and joyful
expression of welcoming more and more of our evolving human experience to
the everpresent peace and fulfillment of our deepest nature.
Saleem offers retreats, training and mentoring to individuals, therapists,
healers, and educators who are called to realize true freedom in their life
and work. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Courtney.
Education and Experience
• B.A. degree in integrative philosophy and practices in 1987.
• A passionate learner and explorer in the fields of spirituality, psychology
and healing for over 25 years.
• Extensive experience with Buddhist Vipassana and other meditative and
contemplative practices.
• Supporting individuals and groups to realize greater peace and freedom
in all areas of their lives, since 1993.
• Qualified as a trainer of NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis in 1995.
• Director of the Leela Therapy Training from 2002-2006.
• Teacher of Leela Therapy from 2002-2006.

Courtney
Dukelow
Courtney is the Retreat Coordinator and Teaching Assistant for
Living in Truth.
She has been a clear and compassionate presence at all of Saleem’s retreats
for the last 5 years. She has been leading groups and offering private sessions
since 2005.
Education and Experience
• Communications Director for the Gangaji Foundation from 2005-2006.
• Completed the Leela Therapy Training in 2005.
• A devoted student of the truth since 1997, a lover of God from before
the beginning of time.
